Danielle Servold - Senior Catering Sales Manager

Danielle began her career in the hospitality industry in 2002. Since the beginning it was apparent she has an eye for detail, a passion for planning and the patience it takes to successfully transform her clients' dreams to reality. She has been planning events at Scottsdale Resort & Conference Center since 2005.  As a member of the Scottsdale League for the Arts, Danielle assists in the annual production of the Scottsdale Culinary Festival. She has volunteered in planning events for the Festival since 2006 and chaired the 2011 Wine Country Brunch. Danielle is also a member of BNI, HIP, NACE, ISES, Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, and HSMAI.

Amanda Collier - Catering Manager

Amanda is passionate about providing the very best experience for clients and guests. She has worked in the hospitality industry for over 12 years and is knowledgeable about the planning of wedding and social events. For over 9 years, Amanda gained vast experience of the industry while working in country clubs in Ohio. In 2009, Amanda moved to Arizona and became a member of the Scottsdale Resort & Conference Center catering team. She works tirelessly to assist brides and event planners in all aspects of their events. Amanda loves to spend time with her husband and two children.
