Banquet Facilities & Unique Venues
The Grand Coronado Ballroom can seat up to 750 guests and is decorated by twelve foot tear drop crystal chandeliers inside lit coves and Colonial walnut wainscoting surrounding jeweled toned carpeting and upholstered walls.
Your guests will enter the Arizona Ballroom and be impressed by its multi-tiered circular chandeliers dripping with thousands of cut crystals fourteen feet above and custom wall sconces. The stylish Arizona can seat up to 350 guests.
Instead of dining inside, enjoy the cool Arizona evenings with a banquet outdoors on the Alameda. Illuminated by forty foot wide scrolling arbors, the Alameda seats up to 600 guests and provides elegant ambience for your event.
Located on the third floor with a scenic balcony, the Maricopa Ballroom, seats up to 350 guests. Specialty spot lighting can accentuate your spectacular centerpieces which can be designed by our masterful in-house florist.
Our intimate Pueblo & Apache Ballrooms offer exquisite event space for up to 275 guests.
If you are hosting a more petite event, your guests will relish being outside under the night sky in the Garden Court. White lights fill the trees as guests enter through wrought iron gates in this lovely venue which seats up to 50 guests.
Situated between the Grand Coronado and the Arizona Ballroom, the charming Sunset Plaza, offers a great location for pre-dinner events or grand banquets of up to 450 guests.
