The conference center is located in the heart of scenic McCormick Ranch, a master-planned residential community recognized for the beauty of its lakes, greenbelts and golf courses. Ideally situated between the dramatic beauty of the pristine Sonoran Desert and the burgeoning shopping, restaurant, gallery, and club scene of Scottsdale, the conference center is only 20 minutes (14 miles) from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport via the 101 Loop Freeway. DESCRIPTION: Surrounded by 36 holes of championship golf, the conference center was designed to be a comfortable yet elegant haven for those desiring a tranquil ambiance conducive to conducting business. The impression of arriving at a private southwestern hacienda begins with a secluded driveway leading to a Spanish Colonial-style fountain, elegant porte cochere, and iron entry doors. Interior décor and design details include carved stone, adobe textures, wood beamed ceilings, iron ornamentation, hand painted accent tiles and intricate stenciling.
Decorated with historically themed Mexican artwork and a rich Pimento color scheme, 240 queen/queen guestrooms welcome guests with a desirable mix of warmth and function. Nightstands with slide out work trays and two generously sized work desks with dual line phones and modem connections allow two meeting attendees to attend to their business needs in comfort. Twenty- three guestrooms decorated in soothing shades of Desert Sage offer a king-sized bed with leather headboard, chair with ottoman, and artwork depicting plants native to the surrounding Sonoran Desert. Three 2,300-square foot Presidential Suites each offer a living room, dining room, wet bar, furnished balcony overlooking the golf course, luxurious master suite and the option of one or two additional bedrooms. Other Presidential Suite amenities include chandeliers, stained glass, whirlpool tub, shoe polisher and cordless phone. Sixty guestrooms are located in twelve casitas situated along a fairway. Set apart from the conference center’s main building with a private swimming pool and separate parking lot, casita accommodations offer the ultimate in spaciousness and privacy and are a popular choice for smaller meetings. Each casita includes a master bedroom, living room with fireplace, dining area and service bar. Four individually keyed bedrooms are located on the second floor and open onto a center hall with a separate entrance foyer.
