IGNITE A ROMANTIC DINNER AT THE


 SCOTTSDALE RESORT & CONFERENCE CENTER’S PALM COURT


 


SCOTTSDALE – (January 2011) – To complement the gracious and entertaining tableside service that has made the Palm Court legendary, Maitre d’ Kwan Won has created a flaming finale that he calls Sexy Coffee. 


To create this dramatic drink, Kwan deftly peels an orange in one continuous motion, creating a long spiral. Equal parts Brandy and Grand Marnier are combined in a coffee mug and carefully ignited. Kwan then ladles the flaming liqueur down the peel repeatedly, which creates a mesmerizing ribbon of blue-gold flame and a hypnotic aroma.


Kwan’s Sexy Coffee is the perfect finale to a romantic dinner in the Palm Court any night of the year.
