Words cannot begin to describe the success our company experienced with your help and the Resort venue. it raised the bar of the ZMC conference yet again. There were a few notable departments who without their attention to detail we could not have had such a seamless conference: The AV and Media staff were amazing. Their professionalism, ability to adjust to every stressed request and skill made every session so easy. The front desk were also amazing; friendly, responsive, professional. They too were in tune to what we call "enlightened hospitality": going above and beyond to make a memorable experience for our attendees.

Our organization was involved in a managers meeting, held at your resort. 110 + attendees, traveling from 10 different states for a 3 day review and planning session. With the help of Scott Sutherland and Liz Locke the event was a great success. From our first contact with Scott regarding the event through the coordinating session with Liz and finally to their hands on involvement ensuring that everything was going smoothly, your team performed above the beyond the call of duty.
We contacted several resorts in the area regarding this event. All responded with initial quotes and a link to their website. One resort also responded with personal phone calls asking if there was anything we needed to assist in our decision, follow up calls, additional information and answers to all of our questions. That person was Scott Sutherland. Scott hosted a brief familiarization trip for my wife and I to the resort where we first met with Liz Locke. Both of your team members made us feel instantly welcome and treated us as valued quests. This same level of service and attention to detail permeated the entire event.
As a VP of a company with close to 500 employees I fully realize the importance of customer relationships, high standards of service and attention to detail. Your team exemplified all of these traits to the highest level. You should all be very proud of Scott and Liz and feel fortunate to have them as part of your team. Also a quick mention to Felix Cardenas our Banquet Captain. He anticipated our needs each day and always greeted our employees with a strong handshake and great smile. Job well done.

Excellent staff to work with! There are always issues to work through, but the rating scale to me is the attention to those issues, ability to solve the issues and a willingness to cooperate – the sales and planning staff exhibited those traits and more! The Bell staff, airport transportation and EPRI shuttle all were extremely helpful and informed. Ben and his audio visual staff were truly amazing, they even handled any changes quickly, no stress. Umberto deserves a raise! The set/up staff gave me their total attention. The catering staff was so good, I didn’t have to be constantly on watch, they did it for me. The food at either of the locations was really good. The quality of the food was one of the largest compliments I have from meeting attendees about the meeting.

We consistently receive great feedback about how friendly and helpful the staff is. As always the entire team works to make our meetings seamless and smooth. Thank you to Ben and his team (Audio/Visual Services). Adnan and his team (Conference Services) go above and beyond to accommodate our requests. All of the food was excellent – we especially enjoyed the scalloped potatoes on Thursday night. Some people said they were the best they had ever eaten! It’s comforting to know the food is always consistently good – we don’t have to worry about quality, etc. Thank you for making another Primus meeting a huge success at the Scottsdale Conference Center. You help take the work out of planning major meetings.
