Transportation Options to the Scottsdale Resort & Conference Center.

Ground Transportation

We recommend that you allow us to meet your group at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport when your conferees arrive on commercial carriers. By prior arrangement, we will also meet private aircraft at Scottsdale Executive Airport.

The Scottsdale Resort & Conference Center owns and operates its own competitively-priced ground transportation system, with comfortable 11 passenger limo vans. Each is fully equipped with air conditioning, bag storage and mobile-to-base communication radios to keep in constant contact with the Resort.

To arrange your ground transportation service, we will require a list of your guests’ arrival and departure dates and times, flight numbers and airline carriers at least one week prior to arrival date. Tail numbers and approximate arrival times are needed for corporate or private planes. Approximate travel time between the Phoenix Airport and Scottsdale Resort & Conference Center is 25 to 30 minutes. Travel time between Scottsdale Executive Airport for private planes and the Resort is approximately 15 minutes. 

Upon check-in at the hotel, guests will be given a return transportation card to be filled out and returned to the bell desk at least 24 hours before their airline flight departure time. Guests will then receive a card in their sleeping room advising them of the time they should depart the Resort for the airport.

The vans depart promptly on the hour or when scheduled and allow the guest at least two hours between the hotel and the airline flight departure time. (Approximately 40 minutes is needed when leaving for the Scottsdale Executive Airport.)


Car Rental

The Scottsdale Resort & Conference Center offers its clients the convenience of on-site car rental. To rent a car, please contact the Bell Desk or your Conference Planner prior to your arrival. To contact the Bell Desk, please call 480-596-7535.

Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport

Air carriers servicing Sky Harbor International Airport are assigned to Terminals 2, 3 and 4. Upon arrival, your guests should proceed to the terminal’s baggage claim area according to the directions posted inside each terminal. Guests should then contact the Resort via the Courtesy Phones as listed below to locate their Driver. To direct dial the Resort Bell Desk, dial 39 on the Courtesy Phone or call our local number 480-596-7535.

Conferees should proceed to the COURTESY PHONE CENTER located on the right as you approach the baggage claim area.
