Relaxing Massages

In the relaxing Swedish Massage, traditional Swedish techniques are used to increase circulation and promote relaxation.

Deeper manipulation and more detailed bodywork is used in the Deep Tissue Massage to address muscular tension from stress and activity induced soreness.  

The healing properties of essential oils are combined with Swedish massage techniques in our Aroma Therapy Massage to enhance the benefits of the treatment and achieve deep relaxation.  

Warm basalt stones are used as an extension of the therapist’s hands to massage the body and melt away tension in our incredibly relaxing Hot Stone Massage.  

Another option is Reflexology. Pressure is applied to key points on the hands and feet to reduce tension, fatigue and balance the entire body.

Body Wraps & Treatments

An aromatic blend of Dead Sea salts and select oils is used to exfoliate the body for soft, supple and glowing skin with our Body Glow Treatment. A misting of scented Shea butter and a hand & foot massage are the final steps to bring relaxation to this service.

Rejuvenate dull and discolored skin with the multi-active, resurfacing Radiant Body Peel. Restore hydration with the highly nourishing powers of grape, borage and black currant seed oils. An aromatic treatment that will energize and reveal smoother, brighter skin.
