Jan & I both enjoy staying there so much. We feel it is the finest place we have ever stayed in. Been all over, europe, carib, just about every where and we still look forward to coming to you year after year. We can truthfully say we have never had a bad experience and that is all that matters to us. We love AZ, and love your resort. Will be retiring out there in a couple of years and it's because of you we chose AZ about all else. We were welcomed 20+ years ago and we will always thank you for showing us what AZ really is.

Just a quick note to let you know that my husband and I enjoyed our stay with you. The property is wonderful and the staff professional and friendly. I especially enjoyed how often staff acknowledged me as I walked the property and how the vacuum was turned off whenever I approached an employee in the hallway cleaning.
A special "shout out" to Linda Wise is due. We found ourselves facing an unexpected conflict after booking an additional night and she was kind enough to release us from that commitment.
We will be back again.

I must tell you that your staff is wonderful. You probably know that already, but they are.
Simply put, my needs were simple but they helped me with each one like I was the only customer at the hotel.
Customer service is very difficult to fully "get." And I am fully aware how people usually find it so easy to write when things go wrong. But your folks "get it" so well with customer service I wanted to say thank you.
Need an example? On the 20th, when I left at 5am for the airport, the coffee was not out yet. The man at the lobby saw that I was looking for something, asked me and when he heard me, simply asked if I wanted milk? sugar?...and then went to the kitchen to make me a cup to go....Simple, right? Didn't have to do it, right?....but he did. And that made all the difference in the world....

We only get to Arizona for one week a year, but we make sure to come to the Sunday buffet. Staff is great and the food is wonderful!

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay. My wife and I travel quite a bit, so we have stayed at many hotels over the years, so are able to judge quality when we see it. Our stay at you property was perfect all the way around from the room, restaurants, location, grounds, pool, staff etc. The concierge lady, Claire, in particular was fabulous, and was always able to answer my “question of the day” in a professional and friendly manner. We are not golfers, and were not there for a conference, but that did not matter. Thanks for a great stay, and keep up the good work! We will be back, and have already told our friends about your hotel.
